Customers with sewer or sewage charges!


Please be advised, effective July 1, 2026, the City of Moundsville water department will be taking over the billing services for all customers who currently pay District #2 for sewer/sewage charges.  Pay close attention in the upcoming months to your bill as payments for these specific services will no longer be accepted by MCPSD2 once in effect.
